Anonymous, Confidential, 24/7 Self-Screening Tools and Other Resources*

If you have not already identified a primary care provider for you and your family, we encourage you to please do so.  We also encourage you to create an account profile with WiNC’s Employee Assistance Online Program. This will expedite care and services if and when needed.  Information for registration is provided below:

  • Well being – WiNC encourages the use of Healthy Minds Innovation well-being App.  This free App can be downloaded at this link.  

Wellness Screeners

  • Anonymous Well-Being Self-Assessment (surveygizmo.com)   Excellent screener for resident well-being, burnout, depression provided by the University of Texas-Southwestern.  You will get a general summary at the end of your screening. NOTE if you results indicate further exploration or consultation is warranted, please reach out to your primary care provider, health system EAP or WiNC’s EAP.  WiNC EAP confidential contact information is:
